Art Class & Christmas Concert 🎄

We had fun creating a mural in Art Class with Mrs. Petkau! We drew pictures, then moved to a new spot, and created some more!

We are making some Christmas cards by recycling our Christmas dinner ornament decorations and gluing them onto cards. 

We will add some messages this week, and give them to a nursing home nearby for residents to enjoy! 🎄

A Week in the Life of Kindergarten 😊

Kindergarten students love to read books with their Reading Buddies (on the left). 

Students are enjoying Math Stations (on the right).

 

ELA Centres - Students are playing the game 'POP for Letters' - students choose a letter and say the letter name and letter sound. If they choose the POP card...they lose all their letters and start again 😀

We love to celebrate our birthdays in Kindergarten! We also love to help out our friends 😀

Reading Centre - Students are reading books with simple word families, for example,

'A fat cat on a mat'.
